The In-home Health and Well-being (IHWA) assessment team is currently looking for a proficient Business Data Analyst. If you are skilled in SQL analysis and have a sharp eye for monitoring and troubleshooting key performance indicators (KPIs), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop SQL queries to analyze and identify root causes.
  • Utilize reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Participate in interoperability initiatives to ensure seamless data integration across various platforms and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Refine business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Information Systems or equivalent experience in a data-oriented role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including linking pivots to external data sources and creating pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in developing SQL queries with large and complex data sets.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to understand and explain IT jargon in layperson terms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about enhancing consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Medicare Risk Adjustment (MRA) knowledge.
  • Familiarity with healthcare tools and systems like PDEX, CDEX, Epic, Availity, etc.
  • Beginner to Intermediate experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in healthcare-related data.

Work-At-Home Requirements

Associates or contractors residing in California will receive compensation for their internet expenses. Minimum internet speed requirements: 25mbps download and 10mbps upload. Satellite and Wireless Internet services are not allowed. A dedicated workspace is necessary to protect member PHI/HIPAA information from interruptions.

Pay Range

The compensation range reflects a good-faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment: $71,500 - $98,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
