About the Role: Business Data Analyst

As a talented Business Data Analyst at Cortilia S.p.A., Società Benefit, you'll report directly to the CFO, aiding in all analytical activities necessary to achieve our business goals. You will collaborate closely with various internal functions including Category, Operations, Marketing, and Data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights.
• Analyze Cortilia’s product positioning and benchmark pricing.
• Monitor promotional activities and pricing strategies.
• Analyze AOV & Penetration rates.
• Identify the most suitable KPIs for achieving business objectives.
• Optimize existing analytical models and develop new monitoring tools.
• Analyze and gather business requirements to support technical data evolutions.
• Monitor action plans needed to achieve set objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or other BI tools) and Excel.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for the e-commerce food sector.
• Knowledge of advanced analytical methodologies and data modeling.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
