Role Overview: Business Data Analyst

Join our Data Services Team, where you'll transform reliable data into trusted information for our customers. This role calls for meticulous research and analysis, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research and analysis to propel business initiatives, projects, and products forward.
• Enhance data quality and integrity through strategic implementations.
• Document and communicate analytical business requirements clearly.
• Identify data patterns and discrepancies to enrich business insights.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize the use of data.

What We Need From You:

• At least 3 years of direct experience in data analytics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in R, SQL, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with R studio, Tableau, or PowerBI is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate analytical outcomes and insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation in data analytics.
