Job Description

At Lely, we are committed to improving our business processes and taking data-driven decision-making to the next level. We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst who acts as a visionary - someone who derives insights from data and develops and creates the 'crystal ball' with which we can predict future trends. Moreover, you play a crucial role as a connector in the triangle Process Owner - Product Owner - Business & Data Analyst and help build based on the foundations we have laid in recent years.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain crystal clear insights through sales monitoring and reporting tools (Tableau and Salesforce).
• Compile reports that guide our sales strategy, from short-term actions to long-term visions.
• Define innovative KPIs, so we not only react but also anticipate the future.
• Identify our business processes and map out the path to improvements.
• Act as a linking pin that seamlessly collaborates with Process Owners, Product Owners, Clusters and Lely centers to stimulate synergy and innovation.

Job Requirements

We believe that the future can be predictable with the right insights and data-driven decisions. If you have the following qualities, you are the Business & Data Analyst we are looking for:

• A completed HBO/WO education, supported by several years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of reporting tools, knowing Tableau is of course a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales processes and sales tools.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
