Role Overview: What You'll Do

Generate and Capture Business Opportunities: Concentrate on expanding business for our Lattice for Mission Autonomy software. This entails a comprehensive understanding of the client base, technical roadmaps, and competitive dynamics. Your focus will be on engaging with the US Air Force, defense innovation ecosystems, and managing relationships that lead to strategic contract closures.

Grow Existing Business: Collaborate across business lines to enhance our engagement with current clients, exploring new avenues and solidifying existing relationships to elevate our market standing and operational effectiveness.

Communicate Our Value: As an ambassador for Anduril, articulate our cutting-edge approach and competitive advantages in defense technology to various stakeholders, including clients and partners.

Inform Product Development: Leverage first-hand client interactions to guide our engineering teams, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed the evolving demands of defense operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated Software Sales Experience: Proven capability in leading and closing software sales, especially related to autonomous systems within the DoD.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in DoD capture and sales, specifically related to software on autonomous platforms and weapons.
  • Ability to travel extensively (40-60%).
  • Must hold and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial software sales or development experience.
  • Expertise in AI and autonomous systems.
  • STEM degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Capability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security clearance.

Salary and Benefits
