Job Description

Our foremost goal is to help businesses make data-driven decisions and emphasize the role of global reporting as a reliable source of information. Our 12-member team supports various departments such as marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience in both short-term and long-term projects. Working closely with stakeholders, we develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations to gain a deeper understanding of how to improve both doctor and patient satisfaction.

How will you contribute to our mission?

• Evaluate data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support the business in identifying opportunities and making data-driven decisions. You will implement end-to-end business intelligence projects and serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Utilize (and develop!) a global database.
• Create, automate, and display reports and analysis for both upper management and local teams (example, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Customer Experience).
• Once you are accustomed to your role, you will get the opportunity to develop prediction/classification models using Python/R.
• Work daily with Redshift, Git, Tableau, Airflow.

Qualifications

What do you need to excel?

• Demonstrated experience in using SQL to extract actionable insights, either in a commercial or academic setting (essential).
• Knowledge of Python/R and a desire to broaden your skills.
• Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
• Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and executing end-to-end business intelligence projects.
• Proficient level of business English.

• A that aligns with your experience and skills. For B2B contracts: between 9,000 and 14,000 PLN net monthly. The broad range is intended to accommodate varying levels of experience, but we will clearly explain where we see your skills and impact within the company. You will always be fully aware of your salary; equivalent company cost for employment contract
