We are looking for a Business Intelligence Account Executive to join our International Customer Success Analytics team. As a Business Intelligence Account Executive you will develop presentations and analyses, aiming to deliver actionable insights and recommendations in line with client's strategy/goals, as well as supporting the team leader with workload management.

Responsibilities
- Be the client's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in terms of delivery, responsible for governance and client satisfaction, master storytelling, and play an analytical reference role within the team
- Develop analysis, ensure client needs/brief are met, and look for business opportunities
- Understand the client's background (their categories, brands, performance, etc.), and present content at Client forums (including C-level)
- Take part in internal projects of high complexity (conduct training methodology/tool, participate in Thought Leadership, etc)
- Anticipate potential risks concerning the account and alert the associate manager/manager with potential solutions
- Lead high-complexity operational processes (Category review, coverage study process, methodological impacts, reprocessing with historic changes, etc.)
- Mentor interns and junior executives, supporting their development (participate in all presentations, undertake checkpoints, and prepare performance feedback / book)
Qualifications
- Full Degree (preferably in Marketing, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, Advertising, Business Administration, or related courses)
- Experience working with Business Intelligence in the FMCG market
- Knowledge of the macroeconomic scenario
- Experience working through customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Package (mainly Power Point and Excel)
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI
- Advanced English
- Strong Communication and Analytical skills
- Aptitude for data and operational processes
- Ability to escalate issues to management to drive quick resolution
