Key Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of managerial and business intelligence reports, views, dashboards, and user data. Implement new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies, and procedures. Train and support end users in accessing reports. Analyze and interpret data and business intelligence reports.

Collaborate with others in developing data warehouses and other data sources to support managerial and business intelligence reporting needs. Work with the business intelligence manager and other staff to assess various reporting needs. Analyze reporting needs and requirements, assess current reporting in the context of strategic goals, and devise plans for delivering the most appropriate reporting solutions to users. Educate and train the user community on the potential uses of the business intelligence system.

Extract financial, statistical, and other data from various information systems and sources. Design and develop recurring and ad-hoc business intelligence solutions such as reports, cubes, and dashboards, using industry best practices for presentation, efficiency, and user-friendliness. Design reports to aid in the efficient assimilation of data by users through exception reporting.

U.S. Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $99,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and considering internal equity among our team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for additional compensation like participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
