We are currently looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at PalmPay, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that aid in making informed business decisions.
• Create and manage data visualization tools to simplify and effectively communicate complex data.
• Perform in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and overall business performance to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through the development of quality metrics and processes.
• Work closely with the product development team to drive product enhancements based on analytical findings.
• Generate and analyze Operations team performance reports to compute key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist the Operations team in crafting forecasts and strategies using insights from market trends and customer behavior analytics.
• Support the marketing team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to forge effective campaigns.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in data analytics and business intelligence to keep our systems and processes at the forefront of technology.

Position Requirements:

• A college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including development of SQL objects, performance tuning, data analysis, and integration.
• Strong skills in technologies such as Excel, Python, VSTO, SharePoint, SAS, PowerBI, and MEANStack are highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of BI analytic tools.
• Capability to read code and support applications, reports, and processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
