About the Role

As the newly appointed Business Intelligence Analyst Lead at our AECO division, you will be integral in spearheading BI initiatives and enhancing data-driven strategies. Your expertise in relational databases, SQL, and BI tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Domo, and Power BI will be crucial in delivering impactful insights that shape strategic decision-making throughout the APAC region.

In this role, you will:

• Lead data analysis projects and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Develop robust data models, reports, and dashboards to effectively analyze and visualize complex data sets.
• Conduct thorough data analyses to identify trends and patterns, aiding strategic business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, enhancing the reliability of business intelligence.
• Create compelling data presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior data analysts, fostering a culture of expertise and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a data-centric role, preferably within sales or marketing analytics.
• Strong command of SQL and extensive experience with modern BI tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to present complex data in an accessible manner.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and programming languages such as Python or R is advantageous.

About Your Work Location

This hybrid role is based in our Kuala Lumpur office, with occasional travel across APAC countries and potentially to the US. Candidates should have a valid passport and be willing to travel as required.
