Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst, Marketing (Mexico or Philippines - Remote)

Job Description

As a member of the Revenue Operations team, the Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze marketing metrics and develop lead management processes. The ideal candidate will assist various teams in understanding their reporting needs, transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards using tools like Tableau and Google Analytics. Flexibility in working hours and experience in Marketing Analytics and data cleansing are essential.

In this role, the Business Intelligence Analyst should be adept at analyzing and reporting on marketing campaign performance, understanding lead sources, and developing lead management processes to optimize conversion rates and ensure data accuracy. The candidate should also be proficient in key performance indicators for marketing and sales and capable of tracking and measuring marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large data volumes for actionable insights.
  • Assist in transitioning the Marketing Automation data set.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems and Sales Operations to optimize lead management in Salesforce.
  • Support the rollout and maintenance of marketing analytics platforms.
  • Identify and advocate for process improvements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Manage queries and issues from reporting users.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in business intelligence or data analysis, preferably in SaaS or Education Technology.
  • Strong marketing analytics expertise and familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, AWS, or Snowflake, with a growth mindset.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting reports and forecasts.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics and possessing good presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English.
  • Self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems and high attention to detail.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: University degree, experience with Salesforce.
