The Opportunity: Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead to spearhead our New York-based team. This pivotal role centers on enhancing data processes and uncovering innovative insights that propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Steer our dedicated group of analysts and data engineers, fostering their professional development and ensuring top-notch results.
• Project Management: Take charge of a spectrum of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our rigorous standards.
• Data Strategy: Collaborate with our CTO to craft and execute a cutting-edge data strategy that aligns with our broader goals.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Create complex models and visual tools to drive decision-making and present intricate data insights clearly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with ITE’s leaders to tailor solutions that enhance business outcomes.
• Data Quality and Governance: Uphold the highest standards of data integrity and adherence to compliance frameworks.
• Tool Development: Oversee the evolution of our analytical tools and infrastructure to ensure they remain state-of-the-art.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends to continually refine our processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s in STEM fields required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Python/R, business analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Professional Skills: Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities.
