Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused, and technically-savvy individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Data Analyst. This role will be integral in advancing our BI team's growth by leveraging data systems, modeling, and business impact analysis to deliver valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to aid decision-making at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deploying new internal tools and technologies for improved data gathering and analysis.
• Design, build, deploy, test, and document BI reporting projects.
• Identify new opportunities by leveraging existing or new technological solutions through proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze complex business problems using data analytics techniques such as descriptive statistics and predictive modeling to drive organizational efficiency.
• Develop high-quality BI solutions timely and accurately by collaborating with multiple teams within the organization.
• Help establish processes, policies, best practices, and documentation for the BI team.
• Participate in a BI Committee of cross-departmental stakeholders to develop data strategy and governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data set analysis and development of complex reports and dashboards within a business intelligence environment.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and scripting languages such as T-SQL and Python; experience with ETL tools is a plus.
• Highly developed analytical abilities, capable of quickly identifying patterns in raw data sets and accurately interpreting their implications through quantitative analysis.
• Understanding of relational database architecture principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Mode, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
