Job Description

The Business Intelligence Manager reports to the Head of Analytics EMEA, and is responsible for collecting, aggregating, and reporting business investment data (client, supplier, and Publicis product investment). A successful Business Intelligence Manager is one who has a curious problem-solving mind, exceptional attention to detail, and can establish strong working relationships with stakeholders. Publicis Media's reporting is constantly improving and evolving, providing ample creative scope to develop new skills and apply new tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing business investment data across multiple markets
  • Ensuring that local market contacts deliver a variety of reports punctually and to a satisfactory standard
  • Using Alteryx to aggregate and cleanse data on a regular basis
  • Updating several PowerBI dashboards
  • Responding to requests for data and inquiries into figures from all areas of the business

 

Qualifications

Essential Experience:

  • Solid Excel skills. A test will be conducted during the interview process. The candidate must be adept at handling large datasets, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Experience in digital advertising with a proven record in reporting
  • A comprehensive understanding of all Agency media types and key suppliers
  • An aptitude for learning to use reporting/dashboarding tools

Desired additional Experience:

  • A degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline
  • An interest in statistics
  • Familiarity with Alteryx
  • Experience in building or using PowerBI dashboards

  • Priority will be given to candidates who are residents or citizens of Malaysia.
