Job Description
At Sales & Value Consulting, we support the entire E2E sales cycle with innovative client, market, and pricing insights, compelling value propositions, and dedicated deal support. By enabling the sales team to adopt cutting-edge selling practices through advanced tools, we ensure the best possible customer experience.
The Sales Intelligence team, a key part of Sales & Value Consulting, combines internal and external data, providing valuable insights and recommendations. Currently, we're expanding our AI for Sales team to integrate Artificial Intelligence into daily sales operations, making sales efforts more efficient and value-driven.
As a Business Operation Consultant Artificial Intelligence, you will focus on the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities
- AI Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with various sales and cross-functional units within T-Systems to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
- User Story Creation: Develop comprehensive user stories for AI tools, clearly communicating functionalities, user interactions, and expected outcomes. Gather stakeholder requirements and feedback to refine user stories.
- Development & Implementation: Work closely with the development team to drive end-to-end development and implementation of AI tools. Ensure alignment with business goals by acting as a liaison between sales/business units and the development team.
- User Adoption: Design and execute enablement programs to empower sellers with the necessary skills to use AI tools effectively. Create training materials, documentation, and conduct workshops for seamless AI tool integration into sales processes.
- Community Management: Establish and lead an AI@Sales community for ongoing communication and collaboration. Collect business demands and user feedback on identified use cases and prototypes, and incorporate insights into iterative development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales support functions within the IT service industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process within IT service companies, with a proven track record of leveraging new technologies to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and tools, or a willingness to learn them, and enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies to automate tasks and enhance value.
- Ability to persuade management and sellers of the value of AI technologies, including presenting to large groups or upper management.
- Effective project management skills with the capability to plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve project objectives.
- Understanding of agile methods and the ability to apply these principles with an open mindset, courage, respect, and a feedback culture.
- Strong communication skills, a focused work approach, and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent English language skills.
