Job Description

Are you passionate about data and driving business success through insightful analysis? We are seeking a talented Business/Data Analyst to join our elite Promote Analysts team. As a pivotal member of this team, you will focus on leveraging data across various Wix products, including Email Marketing, SEO, and other marketing tools, to optimize our promotional strategies.

As a key player in the Email Marketing sector:

• Perform comprehensive analysis of user interactions within our email marketing platforms to maximize both outreach and engagement.
• Deliver actionable insights that enhance user interactions and campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and data engineers while focusing on critical KPIs to promote a data-driven culture.
• Contribute strategically to the design and execution of product improvements.
• Design, conduct, and analyze A/B testing, and develop automated dashboards to track and share essential metrics.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience in data, product, or web analytics, with a robust analytical and problem-solving skill set.
• At least one year of practical experience in a related field.
• A deep understanding of online business metrics with expertise in funnel and cohort analysis.
• Excellent strategic thinking, outstanding business judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
• An independent and proactive approach to initiating and driving projects to completion.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau. Experience in A/B testing and big data analytics is advantageous.

Salary: The salary range for this role is 3500 - 5500 Eur GROSS per month (Total package, including equity).
