Responsibilities

• Collaborate with protein structure data to identify better drug targets.
• Utilize Generative AI models for designing various classes of drug candidates.
• Analyze and understand protein structures using simulation techniques.
• Fine-tune Generative AI models for peptide or small molecule drug design.
• Work with sequence data to conduct primary and secondary genomic analysis.
• Leverage sequence data from open-source repositories for biomarker discovery.

Required Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and related mathematical principles.
• Hands-on experience with in silico techniques for drug discovery.
• Proficiency in structural biology techniques and working with protein sequences and structures.
• Knowledge of using NLP for biological sequences.
• Experience with genomic datasets and genomic analysis tools.
• Skilled in developing deep-learning models in various ML domains like Computer Vision, NLP, and Statistics.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP/AWS and ML frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Excellent coding skills in Python and the ability to swiftly adapt to new concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Previous R&D experience and/or publications in top-tier ML conferences.
• Strong background in Mathematics, Physics, Mechanics, Computer Science, or Engineering concepts.
• Experience with In Vitro techniques and data analysis from In Vitro experiments.
