The Care Management Business Data Analyst II plays a pivotal role in enhancing our care management efforts by generating meaningful measurements for both internal and external use. This role is crucial for quality assurance, process programming, specification documentation, and reporting.
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement.
Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field.
Required: Minimum three years of experience in healthcare. Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Word, and basic SAS programming. Demonstrated ability to generate reports from relational databases and work collaboratively within a technical or clinical setting.
Preferred: At least two years of experience in a health plan with a focus on data related to encounters/claims, membership, and provider data. Project coordination/management experience.
