Job Summary
We are seeking two highly skilled Data and Reporting Senior Associates to join our team. The successful candidates will manage and analyze the quality of incoming and existing marketable data, define and deliver strategic marketing automation reporting and analysis, and provide BMC visibility of all campaign metrics across all platforms.

The role involves working closely with the Region/Service Line/BD team to enable business decisions through data analysis and reporting (sales and pipeline, revenue, etc.). This role requires combining strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset with a real-world perspective driven by understanding clients’ experiences and broader marketplace drivers. A collaborative mindset is also crucial, as you will have a key role in supporting networks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the build of a fully functioning marketing database that gives BMC visibility and management of target audiences.
- Ensure data standardization, cleansing, and updating to maintain accuracy and cleanliness.
- Manage consented data and provide insights into re-engagement.
- Identify and maintain key target audience groups across UK Priority accounts and input into dashboards.
- Track BMC achievement against strategic objectives and give BMC visibility of all campaign metrics across all platforms.
- Train the team on the new database and impart knowledge on data quality and best practices.
- Conduct discussions with wider BMC colleagues and team members on improvements.
- Support the delivery of the data strategy, working with relevant leads across workstreams as needed.
- Contribute to the BMC onboarding of the new CRM system.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing data analysis, preferably with solutions like Marketo, Cvent, CleverTap, and CRMs such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Superior communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of GDPR compliance and risk management.
- Strong research skills.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration and Management with 3 to 5 years of work experience.
- Understanding of GDPR and its impact on data management.
