Introduction: Join our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructure division at ROLEX as a Chargé de projets Data Analyst. In this role, you will enhance our division's maturity in data utilization and interpretation, driving impactful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

As our Data Analyst, you will:

• Support and engage in the Data skills network within the division.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and meet the data requirements expressed by internal clients in collaboration with the IT division.
• Coordinate and prioritize the collection of the division's source data.
• Develop and design dashboards using Tableau to meet cross-functional needs.
• Ensure the quality of solutions used and support their analysis.
• Train and support users in best data management and utilization practices.
• Keep abreast of technical advancements in partnership with the IT division.

Required Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• A university degree in general engineering (EPF), computer science, management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production and logistics data models.
• Proven experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Excel VBA, PowerQuery) and office software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamworking abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to lead.
• Self-motivated, flexible, meticulous, and organized personality.
• Strong analytical mindset with a systematic approach and synthesis skills.
