As a Lead Master Data Analyst, you create and manage the MDM tools, aiding the implementation and support of master data procedures. Success in this role involves establishing and maintaining master data records and ensuring that the global supply chain functions have prompt access to master data, generally, and specifically for procurement and manufacturing.

About the role

• Deep understanding of Dyson's industry and principal business processes.
• Ensure the usage of master data meets quality and data governance standards.
• Assist with ongoing prioritization of initiatives to further the evolving master data strategy.
• Evaluating the current condition of data and analytics quality, security, privacy, and retention within their area of responsibility.
• Promoting activities to achieve target goals for data and analytics improvement and compliance with all governance policies.
• Determining the best approaches to address data and analytics quality or consistency issues in order to reach targets.
• Actively rectifying data and analytics quality defects that cannot be fully resolved by automated means.
• Experience with data analysis and data profiling methodologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills to guide specific and ongoing data and analytics quality, retention, security, and privacy improvement projects.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, quantitative and non-quantitative disciplines.
• Having a master's degree is desirable.
• 5-7 years of work experience in global manufacturing firms that have undergone successful master data-focused initiatives.
• Cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proven record of accomplishment in large-scale digital transformation.
