Within the Data & AI Workshop, there are practice communities organised by tribes. The idea is to get together and share common expertise, to develop your skills in human-sized teams. Your missions will therefore involve consulting, delivery and R&D.
Being a Citizen Data Scientist at OCTO means:
1- Providing advice as well as delivery: support our clients in implementing solutions for the management and transformation of their Data. Participate in agile development and implementation of applications in accordance with best practices. And of course, as advisors, we need to have convictions: proposing the most appropriate solution also means knowing and daring to challenge our clients (and it's in our DNA!)
2- Participate in responses to tenders and pre-sales
3- Actively participate in R&D “Data & AI”: on the agenda, technological watch & best practices. Some hot topics at the moment? Green AI, Green Data and AI4Green 🌱
4- Train & mentor: Sharing knowledge and enhancing the skills of colleagues matter to you? We are convinced and advocate loudly the value of transmission. Mentoring and managing your career will thus be in the spotlight. Yes, at OCTO knowledge is not a private preserve!
