We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Data Team Lead to guide our Clinical Data Management (CDM) team.

Role Overview:

As a Clinical Data Team Lead at IQVIA, you will take charge of the end-to-end data management services across single or multi-service projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality data management products, on time and within budget, to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be pivotal in directing the CDM team through phases of project planning, execution, and close-out, focusing on financial management, communications, and milestone deliverables. Ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), applicable regulatory guidelines, and SOPs is fundamental.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Act as the primary liaison between customers and our team for all clinical data management issues, ensuring continuous improvement and effective issue management. Negotiate timelines and process changes directly with clients.
• Service Management: Regularly connect with Data Operations Coordinators and team members to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality standards. Proactively manage data quality plans and serve as an escalation point for unresolved issues.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide leadership and insight in specific CDM tasks or technologies and maintain internal databases and tracking systems.

Qualifications:

Suitable candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of direct Clinical Data Management experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years as a CDM project lead, is required. The ability to manage multiple projects through the full data management lifecycle and experience in customer negotiations is crucial. Our ideal candidate will possess a detailed understanding of the clinical drug development process, Good Clinical Practices, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
