About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Data Administrator to work with Exiger's software and third-party data and cloud computing services. You will collaborate with our clients and research & development teams to enhance the impact of our solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Change and maintain data models, work closely with the business team to understand requirements, and provide design guidance to the development team.
- Lead the development of end-to-end data integration processes using ETL for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Assess and understand ETL jobs, workflows, BI tools, reports, and dashboard design.
- Collaborate with business users to create architectures that align with business needs.
- Analyze existing data storage systems and develop data solutions in Snowflake.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certifications
- Experience with AWS S3, Secrets Manager, Lambda, IAM, SQS, SNS
- Strong development skills in Python or other scripting languages such as Java
- Experience in end-to-end data analytics design and architecture for Snowflake
- Strong understanding of database design, data integration, and data modeling principles
- Experience in migrating data from multiple database platforms and files to Snowflake
- Experience with Terraform and CI/CD processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data warehousing and administration
- Snowpro certifications
- 4+ years of experience in implementing data warehousing on Snowflake
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing data ingestion with real-time data streaming tools like Kafka, Kinesis, or similar tools
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Lambda, Python, Matillion, and AirByte
- 5+ years of experience profiling, creating, advising, and reviewing data models for data warehouses and data marts
