Key Responsibilities
- Access Management and Accounts Creation for EduCare: Support local teams in handling accounts and access management for both internal and external users via an IT ticketing system.
- First-Level Incident Management for EduCare: Assist internal and external users with general queries about EduCare, and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Continuous Product Enhancement: Collaborate with product teams to improve product usability and user experience based on feedback, concerns, and questions from customers.
- Documentation and SOPs: Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure data documentation meets audit requirements and process guidelines.
- Data Quality Maintenance: Regularly evaluate, identify, and implement corrections to maintain data quality.
- Data Usage Monitoring: Provide insights into data usage trends to assist teams in making data-driven decisions.
- Data Compliance and Security: Ensure data protection, identify potential risks, and offer regulatory guidance.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with enterprise systems like SFDC, SAP, and Tableau is a plus.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in customer service management
- Proficiency in data management and analytic report creation
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital content management is advantageous
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, AWS, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent software
- Experience in an international environment with multilingual capabilities
- Understanding of Process Controls and DTPS/SOPs
- Excellent social skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to foster a diverse workplace and contribute as a team player
- Ability to generate improvement ideas related to the workstream
