The Role

As a Product Manager in Scania’s Digital Transport and Charging Services Team, you will be instrumental in shaping the vision for our digital transport offerings, especially through data services and strategic partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing new data-driven businesses and forging partnerships with third-party applications, enabling our customers to optimize operations with cutting-edge digital solutions. You’ll work closely with a talented team of product managers, product owners, service designers, and UX designers to shape the product strategy within My Scania and across our digital ecosystem, including driver apps and in-vehicle displays. Furthermore, you will support the commercial strategy for these areas in collaboration with our markets and the Scania sales organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of a focused product vision and strategy for data integration and partnership development, deeply understanding our customers’ needs.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders and forge strategic partnerships with third-party providers to enhance our service offerings.
  • Work with the marketing mix strategy for the service area throughout its lifecycle, guiding diverse stakeholders toward successful implementation.
  • Drive product launches with robust go-to-market strategies, engaging presentations, and effective communication materials.
  • Participate in defining commercial goals, track progress using success metrics, and prioritize development efforts based on customer demand and strategic partnerships.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a professional with a proven track record in Product Management, particularly within digital services focused on data and partnerships. Experience in the transport and/or e-mobility sector is a plus. We're looking for someone agile-minded, with a robust understanding of service development, digital transformation, and strong commercial orientation. Excellent communication skills, suited for a collaborative, fast-paced environment, are essential.

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in product management, with a significant focus on digital products and potentially partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate across functions.
  • A university degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
