Join us in constructing a vision-based data platform for intelligent enforcement and smart cities, keeping our six core values in mind: - Customer Focus - Passion - Collaboration - Empowerment - Transparency - Integrity Hayden AI is in search of a hands-on Configuration Manager who will develop and oversee Document Control and Configuration management processes. This position assists in designing, executing, and managing the processes and tools that ensure data integrity and cross-company communication. You will guide internal cross-functional associates on processes, policies, procedures, and technology to meet both Client and CM regulatory, operational, audit, and reporting requirements. You should recognize and govern processes in need of continuous improvements. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to specify requirements, processes, and schedules, communicating and working effectively with globally located teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, installation, customer success, and our clients. Summary of Responsibilities: - Managing programme databases and change control. - Supervising and facilitating Change Control Board, Configuration Status Accounting, Configuration Audits, and Data Management. - Reviewing and analysing released engineering change data and synchronizing changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and operations. - Managing data inputs into product data management tools and configuration trace systems to ensure configuration and revision control integrity of technical baselines. - Ensuring that changes are fully documented. - Ensuring that changes are propagated in all necessary tools, databases, and related documents. - Defining and managing a company-wide document control system. - Preparing/updating Configuration Data Management Plans and other program directives. - Collaborating with cross-functional departments in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Summary of Requirements: - 5 years of related experience in Configuration & Data Management. - Subject Matter Expertise in CDM processes. - Experience using JIRA, Propel, and Confluence tools. - Experience interfacing with all engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operation disciplines. - Deep Understanding of project deliverables and schedule management.
