Your Capco Responsibilities

As a Consultant in Data Analytics and Data Science, you will:

• Guide challenging agile consulting projects with a focus on data analytics in the banking and insurance sectors – from business analysis and technical design to implementation and operation
• Gradually take on responsibility within sub-projects and project teams to achieve excellent outcomes
• Develop professional, dependable, and trusting relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Engage in various internal topics and implement your own ideas beyond project work

Your Capco Profile

Ideal candidates should have:

• An advanced university degree with practical experience in Data Analytics, Data Science/Machine Learning/Generative AI
• Several years of project experience and the ability to develop solutions for complex analytical challenges
• Experience with database systems and familiarity with popular Python libraries like Pandas and Scikit-Learn, or alternative Data Science applications
• Exposure to Natural Language Processing and technologies like Tableau or Alteryx is a plus
• Leadership aspirations to contribute proactively to the growth of our Data Analytics Practice
• Fluency in German and English, and full mobility in the international arena
