The Team

Deloitte's Operations Transformation services provide a robust entry point on the Operation Transformation journey. Our services include readiness, strategy, business case development, architecture and planning, governance and policy, and operating model transformation to align with your business objectives.

Scope of Work

As a practitioner in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients, aiming to exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding existing processes and facilitating change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Designing and implementing complex, highly available, and highly scalable solutions.
• Driving the adoption of Cloud technologies to enable the transition from traditional platforms to cloud-ready architectures.
• Solving day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and providing timely resolutions.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• B. Tech/BE/MCA or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Operation Research, Computers, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development using Informatica or open-source tools, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data management techniques.
• Proficiency in Informatica ETL tools and expertise in SQL, scripting languages, and data modeling.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex ETL processes for large-scale national projects.
• Experience in developing, monitoring, and testing data pipelines using Informatica Power Center.
• Hands-on exposure to handling structured/semi-structured/unstructured data on big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining ETL processes for extracting data from various sources, transforming it into meaningful formats, and loading it into the data warehouse.
• Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance ETL solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document data requirements, ensuring ETL solutions align with business needs.
• Optimizing ETL processes for improved efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Performing data validation and quality assurance to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of data in the data warehouse.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality and ETL processes.
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in ETL, proposing, and implementing improvements as needed.
