The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute
Design and develop advanced Tableau reports with appropriate KPIs and visualizations from our data warehouse using SQL.
Mine and analyze customer engagement data from website, mobile apps, customer database, and third parties.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business/product decisions and initiatives.
Measure and understand myFICO user behavior to identify areas for product growth.
Evaluate product features in terms of importance to users (frequency of use, value, etc.)
Formulate A/B tests to optimize product features.
Identify opportunities for product improvements and ease friction.
Create reports and presentations based on recommendations and findings.
Collaborate with product management team to create custom reports and dashboards based on business needs.
Creates ad hoc reports as needed with large data sets.
What We’re Seeking
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Professional experience in data analytics role, preferably in a consumer-facing online business.
Demonstrate strong experience using Tableau Desktop to create reports and dashboards.
Demonstrable experience building Tableau reports and visualizations using complex calculations.
Solid understanding of SQL, including running queries and writing queries.
Knowledgeable in fundamentals of Data Warehousing and Fact/Dimensional modeling
Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $67,000 to $105,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
