Job Overview: Content Writer and Data Manager

As a Content Writer and Data Manager, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and organizing technical product information for our online platforms. Your role includes:

• Researching products
• Writing descriptions, specifications, and features
• Providing feedback on data hierarchy organization

Education and Certifications

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Journalism, English, Technical Writing, or a related area is required.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with two or more years of experience in writing and producing online content within a corporate, non-profit, or agency setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Content Writer and Data Manager will:

• Write, manage, and update product information ensuring it is effective, current, and relevant
• Review product organization based on the intended audience
• Identify product specifications, descriptions, and features using research and logic
• Apply SEO best practices to product build outs
• Communicate effectively in writing tailored to the audience's needs
• Collaborate with key business units and cross-functional teams to manage changes, solicit feedback, and ensure content integrity
• Maintain positive relationships with instructional staff and support personnel

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
