About the Role
Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analysis: Leverage diverse datasets to extract actionable insights, develop KPI-driven dashboards, and conduct root-cause analysis to further strategic decisions.
- Communication: Clearly articulate requirements and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with diverse teams to refine processes, monitor solution effectiveness, and implement sustainable enhancements.
Who You Are
- Experienced in business intelligence or analytics with a minimum of 3 years (5+ years preferred).
- Skilled in statistical analysis, data visualization (e.g., LightDash, Tableau), and SQL.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiar with ERP and WMS systems such as Netsuite and Korber.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $57,920 - $95,000 according to experience and other factors.
