Join Our Team as a Control Systems Data Analyst at OASYS, INC.
OASYS, INC., a pioneering government contractor based in Huntsville, Alabama, is currently seeking talented applicants for a Control Systems Data Analyst role. This position is designed to support our Army customers at the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU) located in Southport, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare workflow process documents utilizing site maps, architecture documentation, site assessments, and production processes, identifying essential dependencies.
- Analyze mission assessments to pinpoint key assets, critical infrastructure, and essential systems.
- Support the prioritization of these assets, focusing on resource allocation and asset protection.
- Conduct comprehensive on-site inventories, including both physical and logical assets, and perform assessments and validation audits.
- Undertake research and provide analysis across all levels of site and system products, covering areas from concept design to disposal.
- Deliver technical analysis of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems, documenting current conditions and forecasting future needs.
- Create technical and operational reports and overviews to inform leadership on continuous situational awareness and potential operational risks.
- Design detailed workflow process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or other Army provided applications.
- Develop and maintain Dashboards and Common Operating Pictures to aid AMC Leadership in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other teams on related projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 12 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient with desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Skilled in creating templates and maintaining Excel files for inventory and reporting purposes.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in inventorying control systems.
- Familiarity with the Purdue Model Architecture.
- Background in IT/OT within operational settings.
- DoD military experience is advantageous.
