We are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Hub Intern to join our Querétaro facilities, contributing to our continuous improvement goals. As an intern, you will undergo comprehensive mentoring to acquire and hone the skills necessary for your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate client visit reports.
  • Develop solutions and proposals for events and demonstrations.
  • Ensure the correct functioning of robotic equipment.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Diagnose and, if needed, repair robotic equipment.
  • Implement quality standards and 5S methodology during activities and processes.
  • Assist in product demonstrations, testing, analysis, and technical support.
  • Possess technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Engage with clients to offer our services and address inquiries or concerns.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Active student in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar fields.
  • At least 6 months of experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams.
  • Experience with design tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, or similar.
  • Programming languages proficiency in C, C++, Python.
  • Expected graduation no earlier than May 2024.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming.
  • Optional insurance availability.
  • Java programming skills.
