We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic data-driven colleague to work on business-related processes as a Data Analyst within our Core Engine and Lifecycle Tribe. Your primary duty will be to maintain excellent data quality, availability, usability, and the relevant working procedures in your department.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic and miscellaneous ad-hoc analyses and modeling to aid decision-making
  • Provide and coordinate report & data extraction activities and data presentation in Tableau Software
  • Enhance and develop processes to create more efficient and automated data flows
  • Monitor and analyze information on data warehouses
  • Create, interpret, and automate reporting and analytic solutions

Job requirements:

  • Graduation in data-related disciplines such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience with Tableau Software
  • A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience with large data sets, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Proficiency in complex SQL queries, performance optimization, and the development of 's in a DWH environment
  • Solid expertise in Tableau or other visualization software
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment
  • A passion for challenges and eagerness to learn while working
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Lithuanian & English
