As a Corporate Responsibility Senior Data Analyst, you will develop reports, create accurate business requirements, and communicate project details. You will be pivotal in defining specifications, project plans, and state templates, ensuring the quality of data sources and guiding the business unit through result interpretation to recommend further exploratory efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions within available databases to meet request specifications, recognizing and illustrating data anomalies and outcomes.
- Engage with requestors, actively listening, and setting reasonable project expectations.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of available data sources within the organization.
- Automate data movement to support recurring analysis.
- Create dynamic report layouts with strong data visualization skills.
- Maintain project scope.
- Interpret trends and patterns, identify correlated variables, and their significance.
- Act as liaison for at least one service line or focus group, conducting customer outreach.
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Five years of experience.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near and far, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech for oral communication; ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
