Your Role and Impact

As a vital member of our Collections team, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our customer service offerings. Collections NL is dedicated to providing 'personal, easy, smart' solutions that are customer-centric and highly effective. Through advanced analytics, we aim to prevent financial hardships and assist customers with sustainable debt recovery. Your insights will be crucial in enhancing our digital self-service platforms and providing the right support for complex financial issues.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Understanding the dynamics of financial difficulties and crafting predictive models
  • Developing tools like chatbots to enhance customer interaction
  • Conducting detailed data analyses to guide strategic decisions and improve debt recovery processes
  • Working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to drive the data-driven vision forward

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for a results-driven Data Analyst with:

  • An advanced degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or similar fields.
  • Proven skills in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, SAS, Excel, Cognos, R, or Python.
  • A creative mindset capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge-builder, turning data insights into actionable strategies.
  • A team-oriented approach but also capable of operating independently.
