Now, we're on the lookout for an experienced Data Analyst to empower our Marketing teams with actionable insights, primarily supporting our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with CRO specialists, developers, marketing and product teams, and other analysts to drive a data-centric approach in our experimentation programs.
• Analyze data to help build strategies, deliver detailed presentations, and provide recommendations to optimize our marketing efforts.
• Utilize advanced data analysis to refine conversion funnels, map user interactions, and define 'happy paths' to enhance customer journey and revenue.
• Improve and automate analytical processes, maintain essential code, and explore novel avenues for efficiency enhancements.
• Provide crucial decision-making support using data insights to guide business stakeholders and product development teams.

• Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of statistics, probability, and distributions.
