Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract within our dynamic Customer Analytics Team. This pivotal role involves applying sophisticated data science methodologies to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement. If you have a knack for data manipulation and a passion for generating actionable insights, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust customer analyses that drive business decisions and increase customer value.
• Utilize advanced data segmentation, visualization tools, and other methods to maximize customer base insights.
• Lead analytical projects that bolster initiatives across sales and marketing sectors.
• Produce and deliver comprehensive customer insights from initiation to execution, enhancing stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with team members and the Data Science Manager to integrate and capitalize on insights from diverse projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with data storage policies and secure data transfer protocols.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a profound capability in deploying analytical processes, possess a deep understanding of analytical best practices, and have experience with tools like Alteryx or Python. Your ability to prioritize and efficiently meet deadlines will be crucial to your success in this role.
