Job Summary

Livingston International, leading in customs brokerage and compliance consulting, seeks a detailed-oriented Client Data Analyst to join our Brokerage Client Maintenance team. This role focuses on managing the accuracy and regulatory compliance of client data from creation to modifications throughout their lifecycle. Ideal for professionals with a background in customs brokerage, this position offers remote work options and operates during the day shift, Monday through Friday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Setup, validate, and maintain client accounts in CRM systems following Customs regulations.
• Ensure documentation completeness and accuracy, including securing necessary signatures.
• Collaborate with multiple teams like Customs Solutions, Sales, and Legal to optimize client data management and support.
• Manage changes in client account details such as billing and services updates ensuring high data quality.
• Resolve data-related issues and support various internal teams' inquiries.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Proven customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong capabilities in verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for maintaining high data quality.
• Ability to manage tasks independently under tight deadlines.
• Technological proficiency, preferably with Salesforce.com experience.

Work Experience and Education

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required. Applicants should have at least a High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
