Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Thermopatch Sports UK production site. This individual will report to the operational leader and will be instrumental in developing automated data collection, refinement, and analysis tools to aid our Embelex organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop process tools for efficient data gathering and metric tracking.
• Regularly report operations and service metrics on global platforms.
• Measure and record performance metrics for each product line operator.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify underperforming operators and devise improvement strategies.
• Facilitate accurate metric reporting to the shop floor and develop tools to minimize manual errors.
• Produce insightful reports for the leadership team on operations status, including backlog and productivity metrics.
• Implement digital solutions to enhance data accessibility across functional teams.
• Actively improve data processes to eliminate redundant tasks.
• Occasionally provide data administration support to other sites.

Qualifications

Candidates should ideally have an engineering or computer science background, coupled with strong database management skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally is also required.
