Data Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Data Analyst with our enterprise, you'll play an essential role in ensuring data governance, data quality, and other critical functions. The position requires a robust foundation in data analysis and visualization and a passion for contributing to the success of our data management initiatives. Due to the nature of the work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
How You’ll Contribute:
As a data analyst on our team, you’ll:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data management requirements and support data governance initiatives.
- Assist in creating and maintaining data documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and data flow diagrams.
- Develop and maintain data visualization solutions, including Tableau or Power BI, to effectively communicate data insights.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create data visualizations that support decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed to support various business initiatives.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, including roles involving data governance and data quality
- Experience with data analysis techniques, data profiling, and data cleansing processes
- Experience in data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with data governance principles and practices and data quality frameworks, including DMBOK
- Experience with SQL and data querying for data analysis purposes
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Business Analytics

The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 annually.
