About the Role

JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics is an internal consulting team that delivers data-driven insights to various business lines and support functions. As a Data Analyst 2, you will analyze and interpret data related to leasing and capital markets, sales, financial information, and market trends. You will support decision-making processes within the organization while collaborating closely with senior business analysts, data scientists, and business leaders.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Understand business problems across both JLL Business Lines (Capital Markets, Leasing) and Corporate Services (Finance).
• Work closely with Enterprise Analytics and Stakeholder teams to build analytical solutions.
• Utilize data and statistical tools for project deliverables, including:
  • Visualization dashboards with key dimensions and metrics
  • Analysis decks with actionable insights
  • Advanced analytics results, including correlation, predictive, and testing results
  • Datasets for operationalizing analytical findings
• Focus on continuous learning and development in methods, tools, and analytical problem-solving.
• Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks, and find solutions to move projects forward.

Qualifications

To apply, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or other quantitative fields
• 3-5 years of experience in data and analysis in corporate and consulting settings
• 2+ years of experience with analytical problem formulation and insight development using tools like R, Python
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• 3+ years of experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with Databricks is a plus
• Strong data management skills, including anomaly detection and dataset integration
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction
• Analytical mindset with a focus on generating actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Commitment to continuous learning in new analytical methods, tools, and challenges
