Your Role as a Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insights and solutions that will shape the future. Your contributions will have a lasting impact on the lives of future generations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis to predict trends within the customer base and use data visualization tools such as Tableau to present data in easy-to-understand formats.
• Perform real-time analytics to gain insights and identify proactive opportunities to support our educators and students.
• Support experimentation and optimization by creating data-driven hypotheses, testing them, and analyzing the results.
• Collaborate with developers to transform and organize data into useful data models for analysis and self-service reporting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other analysts, and brainstorm approaches or solutions to business problems.
• Build strong partnerships with business decision-makers to understand data content and advocate for new perspectives on problems using data.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience driving analytics initiatives with a direct impact on business outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in growing and enhancing your own and your peers’ analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Expertise in optimization testing.
• Knowledge of product analytics and causal analysis.

Salary: $63,000 - $93,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Salary range depends on level of skill and overall experience.
