Key Responsibilities
- Data Interpretation and Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights, particularly within the medical industry, to inform strategic decisions.
- Development and Maintenance: Build and maintain robust data models and reporting frameworks using Microsoft PowerBI, ensuring precision and ease of access for all stakeholders.
- Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions that align with their objectives.
- Data Workflow Management: Oversee and refine data processes within Microsoft Azure, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Team Integration: Collaborate with various teams to integrate data analytics seamlessly into our broader technology ecosystem.

All-Inclusive Compensation and Benefits Package
- Base Salary: $82,329.00 - $92,208.48 (variance based on education and experience)
- $2000 bonus after one year of employment

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerBI and experience with Microsoft Power Platform and NoSQL database systems
- Must reside in the Indianapolis area and work onsite
