The Role: Data Analyst

As the inaugural Data Analyst at TourHero, you will harness the power of data to propel our mission forward. You'll analyze core metrics across our business and product strategies to derive insights, influence decision-making, and spearhead continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze company and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop hypotheses and collaborate on strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Create compelling, data-driven narratives for stakeholders including leadership and investors.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and feature developments with actionable insights.
• Design and deliver detailed reports and visual data presentations.
• Measure and enhance user engagement and feature adoption.
• Advise on product strategy using rigorous data analysis.

Who You Are

An experienced Data Analyst with over 5 years in the field, you are proficient in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools. You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sharp analytical mindset geared towards impactful business outcomes.
