The Role

As an integral part of our dynamic team, you will specialize in extensive data quality, process, and management reviews focusing on data validation. This role demands a technically adept individual with proficiency in report and database development, pivotal in scrutinizing and enhancing complex data outputs and operational reports.

Candidate Profile
Ideally, you are an experienced Data Analyst with a robust background in data analysis. You exhibit exemplary communication skills and a deep-seated passion for resolving complex problems, thereby deriving precise business insights from data.

Your expertise will bridge the gap between business data needs and reporting solutions. This involves direct collaboration with stakeholders to extract and analyze data requirements, augment existing reports, conduct gap analysis, develop data designs, and spearhead the implementation of data management enhancements either internally or with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge alliances with business stakeholders to gather and interpret data, unveiling business quality issues, anomalies, and risks.
• Lead data validation workshops to pinpoint data management enhancement opportunities versus corporate objectives.
• Devise and refine reports tracking KPI performance, furnishing stakeholders with insightful analyses.
• Design scalable and efficient data management solutions, elevating performance and reliability.
• Dedicate yourself to delivering a customer-focused experience by proactively capturing data and reporting requirements and translating these into actionable solutions.
• Provide training and high-quality technical documentation to support ongoing projects and reporting needs.

Requirements

Experience: Proven history as a Data Analyst involved in designing and executing sophisticated data solutions and reports in realms like Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.

Skills: Advanced skills in report development, data visualization, SQL query crafting (Oracle/SQL Server), and all facets of the ETL process. Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Familiarity with Core Housing solutions will be considered an advantage.
