Role Purpose We are looking for a data analyst who is passionate about discovery, has a problem-solving mindset, and takes a robust data-driven approach. The position reports directly to both the Data Strategist and Head of Strategy at Dentsu Creative. Job Title: Data Analyst Job Description: Key Responsibilities - Retrieve, organize, and analyze datasets from popular social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as from Google Analytics and Web Listening tools, to derive relevant and actionable insights. - Support the Data Strategist with ongoing tasks and collaborate occasionally with other departments, such as accounting and content. Requirements - Attention to detail: The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets. - Problem-solving attitude: The candidate should display a proactive approach towards problems and work with their colleagues to develop practical solutions. - Good communication skills: The candidate should be able to build positive relationships with colleagues from different teams and departments, and be willing to collaborate and exchange ideas to achieve common goals. - Positive attitude: The candidate should have a positive attitude towards work and colleagues, and be able to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor even in stressful situations. - 1-2 years of previous experience. - Good knowledge of Excel (worksheets, pivot tables, formulas). - Good knowledge of PowerPoint or Keynote for presentations. - Familiarity with MacOS environment. - Basic knowledge of statistics and mathematics.
