Subfamily Description: Data Science & Analytics (DAS)

At the core of our operations, the Data Science & Analytics (DAS) team focuses on statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive analytics. We develop sophisticated databases and data collection systems, optimize statistical methods, and analyze trends to support business decisions. Our collaborative environment involves close work with business analysts and product managers to leverage analytics in addressing complex challenges and enhancing our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and applications, craft Power Automate flows, and create Visual Basic automation macros for Microsoft Office.
  • Provide training and oversee the development of less experienced colleagues.
  • Plan, design, execute, analyze, and document projects in your assigned area, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of your work.
  • Lead specified features and coordinate activities within your responsibility area.
  • Manage and improve tools, methods, and processes associated with your function.
  • Offer consultation, support, and guidance, and act as a knowledge-sharing resource within your expertise area.

Impact & Contribution:

Your role is pivotal, with short-term and departmental/project scope focusing on quality, accuracy, and efficiency across the board. The position involves a variety of complex tasks, requiring initiative, independence, and problem-solving skills.

Innovation and Communication:

You will actively contribute to departmental projects, requiring minimal supervision and the ability to apply universally recognized concepts within your field. Your communication efforts will aim to influence acceptance of practices and concepts, contributing to operational negotiations and cross-cultural understandings.

Knowledge & Experience:

With 3-5 years of relevant experience and a graduate-equivalent degree, you are expected to have solid skills and deep knowledge of principles within your professional discipline.
