We are recruiting the first data analyst for our community platform, "commmune," which provides comprehensive support for the planning, construction, and operation of online communities.
Commune data analysts assist in making crucial business and product decisions based on data for the purpose of "maximizing support for growth-contributing decision-making." Not only do we provide insights in a decision-making format, but we also promote the democratization of data and initiatives to improve the company's overall analytical capabilities. We have a culture of valuing data and are actively investing in data and machine learning professions.
Although we are a startup in the 100-300 person phase, we have already expanded to multi-product and US businesses, and have opportunities to support cross-business decision-making.
The data team, which includes data scientists, data engineers, and data analyst (interns), is expanding rapidly, almost tripling in size over the last year, and you would join as the first full-time data analyst. The team consists of experienced members from mega-ventures, creating a conducive environment for data analysts to concentrate on their analysis.
As a data analyst, you will work with interns and data engineers to add value in the following areas:
- Identifying and proposing points that will grow the product.
- Organizing the analytical tasks of the business department and supporting its democratization.
- Planning and implementing the democratization of data.
- Management and maintenance of the visualization platform.
This position offers challenges and opportunities for maximizing decision making and democratizing data. However, there are a huge number of issues to be solved with in-house data, and it is ideal for departments or individuals with issues they want to solve with data to be able to solve them quickly.
We are looking for someone who can sympathize with the commune's Vision/Mission/Value, have a steadfast attitude towards job performance, and have a high learning desire. Also, flexible communication and initiative are needed to engage with new issues and changes.
We use technologies such as GCP (Big Query etc), dbt cloud, trocco, redash, Looker Studio, and Colab Pro, and tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Notion, and Slack.
We offer competitive salaries, flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work, paid holidays, social insurance, commuting allowance, reimbursement for book purchases and seminar participation, and an employee referral incentive program.
